A plot of land of 5800 square meters is for sale, with a panoramic view of the fields and the mountain slopes as well as the sea from the east and the south side, with a frontage of 80m on an old rural road and a depth of about 70m. Within the parcel of land there is a dilapidated building of 48 square meters as well as the 1990 concrete skeleton of an 80 square meter building under construction. The existing license is considered expired. A small-scale building permit must be issued to start finishing works. The quality of the existing concrete must be checked by a structural engineer who issued the original permit or by someone else.
