Of course! By sending your resume even when there is no specific job available, the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Department maintains it in the resume database. Whenever a new job opportunity arises, the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Department consults the database and identifies profiles that match the specific position, creating a list of candidates.

You will immediately receive an automated confirmation email to the email address you provided when submitting your resume.

From the moment you submit your CV, the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Department will retain your details in the database for two (2) to three (3) years. For more information, please refer to the relevant text on personal data.

Immediately after submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email for its successful receipt. Candidates whose CVs meet the requirements of the available positions will be added to the list of candidates and will proceed with the selection process. Depending on the procedure and the schedule for filling each position, the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition department will contact you to initiate the next steps. Candidates whose CVs do not meet the requirements of the available position will receive a relevant response email, in which they will be informed that their candidacy will not proceed.

You can withdraw your application at any time. If the job is still available, you can reapply.

The selection process at Golden Home Group includes various stages such as: telephone interview, video-interview, on-line interview, face-2-face interview, on-line assessments, etc. The process varies depending on the job position, the number of candidates and the schedule for covering each position.

At Golden Home Group, we utilize all interview methods: telephone interview, video-interview, face-2-face interview and interview via digital tools. Both HR and business representatives participate in the interviews, so that all aspects of the position are covered, the scope and requirements of the role are fully described and the candidate is informed about the selection process and the timeline.
