LEGAL SUPPORT FOR THE BUYER
The prerequisite of a successful purchase is the Safety of each buyer. Our law department provides the following services :
  1. Due Diligence at the relevant Land Registry in order to determine that the property is free of encumbrances (mortgages, foreclosures, claims etc) and that its titles are in legal order.
  2. Legal advises related in the property taxation and the exemption from transfer tax.
  3. Legal check of the documentation provided by the Seller to the Notary.
  4. Second Due Diligence at the relevant Land Registry on the day of signing the contract in order to confirm that the property is still free of encumbrances.
  5. Representation by a lawyer the day of the final purchase contract and legal check of the final contract.
  6. Legal support at all stages of the transaction.
*Our Law Department cooperates with a team of experienced Notaries, who undertake to prepare fast and safely the purchase contract for all our Clients.

LEGAL SUPPORT FOR THE OWNER
The Law requires that the seller collect a set of documentation in order to draw up the purchase contract. Our Law Department undertakes the legal support of the owner and his guidance at all the stages of the transaction. Specifically we undertake:
  1. The collection of all the required documentation and the preparation of a complete folder for the drafting of the final purchase contract.
  2. The legal support of the owner at all stages of the transaction.
  3. The representation by a lawyer the day of the signing of the contract and legal check of the final contract.
