Περιγραφή.

Το Λευκαντί είναι παραθαλάσσια περιοχή στην κεντρική Εύβοια, Ελλάδα, περίπου 2 χιλιόμετρα νότια του κέντρου του Βασιλικού και περίπου 14 χιλιόμετρα νοτιοανατολικά της Χαλκίδας. Έχει επιπλέον ιδιόχρηση εκμεταλεύσιμο χώρο 220 τμ. It also has an extra 220 sqm usable area. Leukanti is a small seaside village of 500 permanent inhabitants, although during the summer season the population increases dramatically . Its main feature is a 2,0 Km. long , 5-20 meters wide, sand beach ,with both unorganizedfree-access and organized segments, with umbrellas, sun beds and beach-bars. Parallel to the beach, lies the main village road, next to which are the beachfront ,village buildings, which are either small detached houses or 3-4 floors small condominium-buildings including the FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH development . There are also several tavernas typical traditional fish restaurants , kafenia typical traditional coffee-shops , and two small hotels , one situated 20 meters from our development . Leukanti is a place where you can enjoy the laid back ,safe and calm life of a non- expensive , grek-island vacation ,without the inconsistency ,hustle and expenses of sea travel . Ten Km to the north-west of Leukanti ,is the seaside town of Chalkida , the 80.000 people ,capital of the island of Evia ,the second largest island in Greece. It is a favourite destination of Athenians and tourists because of its beaches, ,seaside promenade, very active night-life, famous local restaurants , and facilitiesshops ,malls, major hospital ,banks, services, , professionals e.t.c . It is situated just 100 km from the international airport of Athens and 80 km from the centre of the city of ATHENS 80 min drive . Chalkida. is accessible from Athens by car ,bus and train, through a bridge that connects the island with the mainland .There is a public bus-connection between Chalkida and Athensand its Airport every half an hour and a train-connection every one hour..Furthermore there is a continuous public bus connection between Chalkida and Leukanti , and there is also a radio taxi service.. Evia at large is a beautiful island, providing ,due to its size and diversity ,something for everyone . Fantastic beaches ,historic sites ,very nice mountains and forests especially to the north ,picturesque villages, and a very active nightlife .All this is readily accessible from Leukanti, as it lies at the middle of the island.
