It is a new construction (2010), on a top technological level, near a small village of 20 inhabitants, designed and constructed on a shelf-controlled heating and cooling system from ecological source (geothermy), supplying also hot water, with no use of petrol and no emission of CO2. Xeric garden needs limited water collected from the winter rains. There is an open-air parking place outside the house. This wonderful house consists of four apartments, in two levels. Every two apartments can be connected to a major maisonette through an interior stair by wood. It can host totally 20 guests, as a hotel or as a house.
