On the first level, the ground floor contains the washing machines, dryers, clothing storage, hotel engine room and swimming pool,electronic and machine room, staff locker rooms and shared guest bathroom,spa and gym area and extra rooms.The second level, the first floor consists of the rooms, the reception area, the kitchen and the breakfast and restaurant hall.The third level, the second floor consists of rooms, the pool and the new kitchen and breakfast room and restaurant.All rooms have shower, hot water, bathroom, free internet, TV, air conditioning, terrace, fire detection, security doors with timer.In the common areas there is a closed security circuit, on the outside walls there is a thermal facade and on the roof there is thermal insulation and it has 2 elevators.
