Plot 380 sq.m. even and buildable in Episkopi Pediados. On the plot there is an old stone building of approximately 40 square meters which is either being demolished or restored. Episkopi is a large village and seat of the homonymous community, as well as the homonymous municipal unit of the Municipality of Hersonissos in the Regional Unit of Heraklion of Crete. It used to belong to the District of Pediados while it was also the seat of the municipality of the same name. The most important of the churches are Agios Ioannis, Michael the Archangel, Agia Paraskevi and the patron saint Agios Minas (a double-aisled church from 1882 with the northern aisle being dedicated to the Dormition of the Virgin), with a marble iconostasis. It is celebrated on November 11.
