A united building volume is divided into 3 levels in height and creates independent residences in one area characterized by sparse urban grid and the presence of water features (sea). Each of them is surrounded by an almost "monolithic", minimalist shell to achieve most wanted privacy and the integration of indoor and outdoor space. The main facades are fully transparent while leaving few openings to conterminous properties. The open spaces in the South harmonize the interior with the natural environment and the dense vegetation of the area. The building has been placed at the maximum possible distance from the road, with main objective to reduce noise and to create a sunny, unified outdoor space, while the planting in the front border acts as a sound filter. The project’s linearity of the design philosophy is interrupted by "organically" inspired design touches (fencing and shelters).
