Originally built around 1900, the house main core has been recently restored by its owner, established since 2008 in Sparta. The roof and the upper floor steel structure are new, as well as the external staircase. Washing and rejointing of the facades has been done with special care. A detailed architectural project foresees a big kitchen and the main bedroom with bathroom on ground level and a unique multifunctional room on upper level. The building permit of 2010 includes not only the restoration of the old house but also an extension on ground level with as a small basement. This extension has not been realized until now; it would allow a substantial increase of the house surface and functions.
