Building 3, which has a purely public character, includes the central staircase that connects buildings 2 and 3, as well as customer service areas. On the second underground level (-3.40m), there are multipurpose rooms, WCs, storage spaces, and HVAC installations. On the +0.40m level, you’ll find the reception, lounge, bar, souvenir shop, and storage rooms. On the +3.40m level, the hotel restaurant is located, and on the rooftop (+6.65m), there is a roof garden with an independent bar and distinct areas for coffee, lounge, and dining. Additionally, building 3 houses the kitchen areas, distributed across various levels, including food storage, kitchens, and an outdoor bar by the pool. All areas are interconnected via a dedicated staircase for the hotel staff, ensuring continuous and efficient service operations. The total area of the hotel amounts to 7,151.12 m2, distributed across the following levels: second underground level, mezzanine of the second underground, first underground level, ground floor, first floor, and roof garden. Externally, the hotel features a swimming pool, open-air spaces surrounding the pool, and an outdoor reception area with a lounge, offering high-level services in a natural and pleasant environment.
