The land uses that prevail in the areas outside the settlement are mostly agricultural, with the existence of agricultural lands, and to a lesser extent residential, with the existence of scattered young houses, some of which are used as tourist investment properties, as well as professional, which is mainly focused on the Loutra-Episkopi Provincial Road.
