The beds are custom-built using wood, preserving the traditional Maniot architectural style. Furthermore, each room includes autonomous air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. As part of the renovation, a complete electrical and plumbing installation was carried out, as none existed prior to the purchase. Access to the mansion is provided via electronic keypads located outside each room, offering flexibility for both property managers and guests, and allowing for check-in without the need for on-site staff.
