ΚARYSTOS for sale land .The size of the plot is 28,000 m². The land is situated at the south edge of the island of Evia, in Greece, near the town of Karystos ( 2 hours from Athens , 1 h 30' from the Athens Airport Eleftherios Venizelos). It is facing at the Aegean Sea and Andros island. In the pictures attached you can see the location and the area. This piece of land is a small peninsula into the sea. Next to it there is a wide beach with white sand. It is approximately 20 min. away from the town of Karystos. There is no installation of electricity in the plot but it is very easy to connect to the local net. At the area there is a lot of spring water but there is not a permanent water supply net. There is no building permission for this land but there is always the possibility to issue one. On this plot you can build 200m²/4,000m² of land. The 200 m² is only for the closed building. You can have extra covered verandas up to the 20% of the closed building, plus open balconies and terraces. In case you are interested in building a hotel, the area of the building can be 20% of the area of the plot (e.g. on a plot of 4,000m² the hotel can be up to 800m²).
