Pyrgoi Thermi is an area that belongs to the former municipality of Thermi and includes the villages of Loutropoli Thermi, Pyrgoi Thermi, Pigi, Komi, Mistena and Nea Kydonia. In Loutropolis Thermi there are thermal baths (they have been temporarily closed for three months). Pyrgoi Thermi is an area consisting mostly of old houses-towers belonging to famous people. It is 11 km from Mytilene. The tower is 315 square meters and has three levels. It has a space of 1.5 acres and is bordered from behind by a land-oil plot that belongs to us and is 7 acres. As we see the main entrance from the road, on our right side there is an old, traditional tower (not in good condition) that is considered a landmark of the area. On the left side there are maisonette houses on one of which I live in. Opposite and to the right are two towers belonging to the former Minister Nianya and his son, who is a British citizen, a banker and has lived in Britain for 50 years. Nianya's two towers are occupied 6 months of the year. Next to these Towers there are 3-4 other towers renovated and owned by famous Mytileneans. In front of the tower there is a soft road and a bus every hour (to Mytilene). The sea can be seen from the upper floor and is a distance of about 800 meters. The nearest organized beach.is 1 minute by car and has a blue flag. There is a luxury hotel - Lesvos In.Another nearby beach on the other side is the islets also 1-2 minutes. Within 1,5 km from the house is Loutopolis Thermi with a very nice picturesque and traditional harbour, 2-3 fish taverns, cafe bar, hotel, mini market and a nice traditional mill. Further north from Thermi, about 6 km, is the harbour of Mistenos, where there are also fish taverns, rented rooms and a beach. 3.5 km north of Mistegna is the harbour of Nea Kydonia with very good fish taverns and many Athenian houses. South of the house and towards Mytilene is the picturesque harbour of Panagiuda which has many restaurants, fish taverns, bars and nightlife. The distance from the house to the town of Mytilene and the port is 11 km and the airport is another 8 km from Mytilene. The area of Pyrgoi is considered a very good area and used to be inhabited by the rulers of the city. Every day there are 2 routes from Mytilene to the city of Aivali in Turkey where many people go. Lorsque nous voyons l'entrée principale depuis la route, sur notre droite se trouve une vieille tour traditionnelle (en mauvais état) qui est considérée comme un point de repère dans la région. Sur le côté gauche, il y a des maisons à deux étages, dont l'une m'appartient. En face et à droite se trouvent deux tours appartenant à l'ancien ministre Nianya et à son fils, qui est citoyen britannique, banquier et vit en Grande-Bretagne depuis 50 ans. Les deux tours de Nianya sont occupées six mois par an. À côté de ces tours, il y a 3 ou 4 autres tours rénovées et appartenant à des Mytiléniens. En face de la tour, il y a une route à faible circulation et un bus toutes les heures (pour Mytilène). La mer est visible depuis l'étage supérieur, à une distance d'environ 800 mètres. La plage organisée la plus proche est à 1 minute en voiture et a un drapeau bleu. Il y a un hôtel de luxe - Lesvos In. Une autre plage à proximité de l'autre côté est les îlots également 1-2 minutes. À 1,5 km de la maison se trouve Loutopolis Thermi avec un très joli port pittoresque et traditionnel, 2 ou 3 tavernes de poisson, un café-bar, un hôtel, un mini-marché et un joli moulin traditionnel. Plus au nord de Thermi, à environ 6 km, se trouve le port de Mistenos, où l'on trouve également des tavernes à poissons, des chambres à louer et une plage. À 3,5 km au nord de Mistegna se trouve le port de Nea Kydonia, avec de très bonnes tavernes à poissons et de nombreuses maisons athéniennes. Au sud de la maison et en direction de Mytilène se trouve le port pittoresque de Panagiuda, qui compte de nombreux restaurants, tavernes de poisson, bars et lieux de vie nocturne. La distance entre la maison et la ville de Mytilène et le port est de 11 km et l'aéroport se trouve à 8 km de Mytilène. Le quartier de Pyrgoi est considéré comme un très bon quartier et était habité par les souverains de la ville. Chaque jour, deux lignes relient Mytilène à la ville d'Aivali, en Turquie, où de nombreuses personnes se rendent.
