Additionally, building 3 houses the kitchen areas, distributed across various levels, including food storage, kitchens, and an outdoor bar by the pool. All areas are interconnected via a dedicated staircase for the hotel staff, ensuring continuous and efficient service operations. The total area of the hotel amounts to 7,151.12 m2, distributed across the following levels: second underground level, mezzanine of the second underground, first underground level, ground floor, first floor, and roof garden. Externally, the hotel features a swimming pool, open-air spaces surrounding the pool, and an outdoor reception area with a lounge, offering high-level services in a natural and pleasant environment.
