Chanel hotel complex is situated in the picturesque area of Siviri - Elani, one of the most beautiful areas of Chalkidiki. In a total area of 30 acres, the hotel covers 13 of them. The hotel itself is 5,700 sq.m. buildings. Surrounded by a magnificent pine forest, just 700 m. from the sea. The entire hotel consists of three buildings. The first building, where the restaurants, the bar and the other recreational areas are located, provide the infrastructure to serve not only the 176 beds already available, but also the fourth building, if constructed, with 200 more beds. In both buildings are built 78 rooms, while the third includes the sites of the reception, the restaurant and the bar. There are various shops and recreational areas. It affords an Olympic-standard swimming pool and a smaller one, ideal for use by kids. In the basement of the third building there is infrastructure for spa. Furthermore, it is afforded the potential to be made a funicular from the sea to the hotel. A few years ago has been issued a building license for 100 additional rooms.
