The building is located in the suburbs of the city of Rhodes, at a distance of 3 km from the urban fabric, in the Koskinou area of Kallithea. It is located almost at the top of the hill of Prof. Ilias, below the church of the same name, at a distance of 750 m from the sea, with an unlimited view of the Sea and the entire city of Rhodes.
