The property is a two story house (111,23 ㎡) in good condition on a 87,20 ㎡ land and adjacent to a marvellous garden of 104,70 ㎡ . (Total 191,90 ㎡) Each floor has a separate yard and a separate entrance, yet it is possible to build an internal ladder.
