Description.
The property is located in Agia Paraskevi, Varnava community, Attica. It is 149sqm, two-storey (ground floor on two levels and 1st floor) built in 2005 on a plot of 1550sqm. On the first floor are: covered garage with workbench and loft with capacity of one car, TV room / office (playroom), living room / sitting room with fireplace, dining room with kitchen, kitchen, utility room, WC, bedroom and closed storage (under the stairs). On the second floor there are two bedrooms with mountain views and a bathroom. The inner frames are made of solid wood and the outer ones are aluminum, opening with double glazing and screens and outer roll.
