Elounda is a city and Municipal Community of the prefecture of Lassithi on the northeast coast of the island of Crete which belongs to the Municipality of Agios Nikolaos. It is a world famous, popular seaside, tourist destination and resort. Opposite it and further north, at the entrance of the bay, is the small island of Spinalonga. This property is a hotel unit, and, more specifically, is a three-building apartment complex. It also has a pool bar (hence a health permit) and a garden with panoramic sea and mountain views from the pool area. The village square, restaurants and bars are a 7-minute walk away. Heraklion and Nikos Kazantzakis Airport are at a distance of 65 km. The neighboring town of Agios Nikolaos is a 13-minute walk away. Parking is available on site.
