Villa Description The luxurious 457m2 Villa consists of 2 adjacent constructions (interconnected with a double-face elevator), plus the Guesthouse. It has 7 bedrooms in total and can accommodate up to 14 guests. Main Building Entering the villa from the Ground Level main entrance, there is an outstanding spacious living room with state-of-the-art furnishing, a 65´ Smart TV, a fireplace, and a dining area for 10 guests. At the backside, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. Modern construction, high ceilings and huge balcony doors that provide direct access to the pool area create an exceptional connection between the inside & outside areas of the villa. On the Upper Level, there are three bedrooms: The Master bedroom is a piece of art: It features a Queen-size bed facing a beautiful fireplace, a walk-in shower, an independent WC, and a jacuzzi. There is also a balcony facing the pool area that offers unobstructed views up to the sea. Right next to the Master bedroom there is a spacious room that serves as a walk-in closet but is also suitable for hosting a child upon request. On the same level, there are two more bedrooms with queen beds, ensuite bathrooms, and a balcony. On the Lower Level, there is an amazing open space that features a fully equipped soundproof music room (including musical instruments and a drums booth). The space can also serve as a playroom or living room, as it also features an extraordinary aquarium and comfy sofas. Opposite the recreational room, there is a kid's bedroom with two single beds, and a W.C. The room has direct access to the backyard and the garden. All three floors are accessible via elevator as well as an internal staircase, and access to the stairs/elevator is also directly from the secured garage. Maisonette Attached to the Main Building, there is a Maisonette that can be accessed either by an independent entrance or by the elevator of the villa. On Ground Level, there is a cozy living area with a TV, fireplace, a dining area for up to 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest W.C. On the Upper Level, there are two bedrooms with double beds, large balconies facing the mountains, a shared bathroom with a bathtub, and a laptop-friendly area. Guesthouse The independent 34 m2 guesthouse is located at the backside of the villa, facing the garden. It has its own private entrance and is an ideal option either for staff or guests that wish to have complete privacy. The guesthouse features a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Outdoors The outdoor area is the ideal spot for serendipity moments. It features a newly constructed private swimming pool (6mx4m) with sunbeds and a beautiful marble table, perfect for dining alfresco.
