Description.

Kifissia,ΗΣΑΠ station, semi-underground warehouse 338sqm consisting of 2 independent rooms, 278sqm the first and 60sqm the second with independent entrances and 2 wc in the smaller one. They are completely renovated with separate entrance doors 2m wide and 2.30m high. The useful height is 2.90m. The large hall of 278 square meters has been insulated at a height of 1.30 m from bottom to top with penetron material that expels moisture from the concrete and does not allow new ones to penetrate. In the auxiliary area of 60 sq.m. waterproofing was done with asphalt cloth and spread with acrylic with a primer, while inside the same space insulation was done in one meter with cementitious elastomeric material. Similarly, its outer wall was painted with an elastomeric insulating material against moisture. Finally, the ceiling of this space was thermally insulated with down.
